Picture of the day:The switching arrangements and filters for 160m. Inputs include a beverage for Japan, a beverage for Europe, two K9AY antennas and the 160m Titanex. Log Server: We have been having problems with one of our online log servers. The European log server was not updating correctly, so we have taken it offline for the rest of the DXpedition. We will continue to update the remaining server once every 24 hours. Please remember, that is is possible that your QSOs will not show in the online log for up to 48 hours. Call Corrections: We are continuing to receive emails asking for us to correct the logs. This is not something that we will be doing. If your call is wrong in the logs or does not appear after 2-3 days, then please do work us again. We do not object to duplicate QSOs, but please do wait a couple of days and check the online logs once a day. WPX Contest: We are continuing with the WPX contest on 20m, 15m and 10m. Our activity on the low bands has been more of a problem, as we have generally been unable to break the pile-ups. Remember, Rodrigues Island rather a long way from activity. Sponsors: We are please that new club and individual sponsors have joined us over the past few days. These contributions go towards the very high logistic costs of shipping 4 tonnes pf equipment a third of the way around the world and back. If you would like to make a contribution, please click here. 100,000 QSO Contest: The team have been playing games! A challenge was issued a few days ago, for 3B9C team members to guess the exact time of QSO number 100,000. We will announce the time and winner of this fun contest when it happens. Go to Sunday -> |
